Everything is a trade off,I like the big barrel wrap around, easy breathing, and the opening is located at the middle of the head, this allows equidistant turning on the surface. And I absolutely get the idea of stealthy approach, I always notice the bubbles traveling out of the snorkel when I immerse my head under water, however, this stops within moments on the decent. Admitedly,most of my diving is around shallow structure,Jettys and such, so my hunting is mostly peering into holes or snoozing while hanging onto a boulder. But I am perfectly capable of being swayed by logic,so I will incorporate sensible information into future diving.-- This is a really good thread!
