Hello everybody...
I have no idea what CO2 Tables are or what hypoxic training (? does that even exist) means, I have tried looking for some info but didnt find anything solid...

Also, I will be doing a freediving course this summer with Pierre Frolla in Monacao and I will eb training for it with some cross country and biking exercise... is this enough?
