Has anyone heard of a monofin that has a blade that looks like a stubby airplane wing?

Thanks for the reply. The fin I'm looking for is hard for me to describe but, imagine that you are swimming, on the surface and a diver passes under you, going the opposite direction. This fin would look like a T at the back of his feet. All the mono fins that I can find look like a U or W.
Thanks again
Bill

sorry. I don't know what type of mono that is... if I find, I will certainly let you know!

Thanks Eric
I think that's the one that was described to me. Not quite what I was hoping for.

Bill , Kerehe and Eric,

I live about 2 hours from the person who makes the Dolphin tails. From the size and the weight that they are, I would not recomment it for freediving or finswimming. I looked at them, and definitely were not what I expected. They be cool if you wanted to look like a dolphin, but save your money for something more efficient. Happy hunting fm a competitive finswimmer.

Hans :)

Dive Inn fins?

Thanks to the whole forum. It's an awesome resource. Has anyone tried the monofins offered by DiveInn? They have a stiffer fin that is less expensive than other sources. Also, I wear a size 43 shoe in european sizes. Should I err on larger or smaller side? Do you lose anything in performance by using a bootie to take up extra space? Thanks
