Hello everyone any veteran freshwater hunters out there looking to help a newbie get started? I got a great place to go if your nearby. I am located in southwestern indiana 5min from evansville. I would love to get some sound advice on gear for hunting freshwater. The private lakes I will be hunting have good viz in the spring and fall not sure on exact viz but detailed bottom viz is no problem in 10-15feet of water. Advice on a small gun perfect for the type of hunting i will be doing would be very helpful.( panfish less than 15feet of water possible catfish hunting aswell) Thank you in advance for your replies.
