Hey I'm not too sure about Cambodia, but I think with most things like this in Cambodia, people usually get them in Thailand. I don't think I'd trust getting something shipped and the borders are still closed now, so that's tough. If you can make it to Thailand when things start opening I made a list of spearfishing resources in Thailand including spearfishing destinations, local guides, and places to buy or order gear. I don't know about spearguns but my camo Mares wetsuit was made in Cambodia.
