Hello - We're two experienced and certified freedivers who will be diving off Pembrokeshire next weekend.

We're freedived some spots off Pembrokeshire last year and got some spider crabs :)

We’d be grateful for current advice and tips about:
(1) currents and tides - any danger spots?
(2) size and catch limits and any other regulations
(3) typical water visibility and temperature
(4) types of fish and crustaceans in the area

Any info would be great! Thank you!

Hiya, how did you get on? We're two AIDA2* (hopefully AIDA3* later this year) looking to go freediving at Pembrokeshire in September.
Various websites suggest it's good diving... so it's exciting!
