Spearfishing around the scilly isles

Does anyone have any info about this or could point me towards a website maybe?
Hello to everyone by the way, I am new to spearfishing but have plenty of experience of other hunting topside, I also have done a fair amount of scuba diving around the world.
If anyone does have some tips or info about the scillys it would be much appreciated !

There are definitely posts about the islands on here mate, basically from what I remember, the islands were once a mecca for spearfishing.
Spearo Dave wrote some comments somewhere, I think he said the plaice fishing was second to none but all this was years ago & the islands have suffered hugely from overfishing! Never been myself so this is pipe line info.

Let us know how you get on. A colleague visits a friend there. Wasn't sure it was a marine reserve (like Lundy) - I think probably not but worth checking.
