Spearfishing - Deep Reef Large Grouper

New two day spearfishing trip in the waters of the Ionian sea!

Amberjacks, Goldblotch grouper, Mottled groupers and Dentex will appear in our dives and a new invasive species of Moray eel will surprise us in the shallows!
The trip will come to an end after a last dive in the deep reef, where a longshot of over 5m, gave me the last Dusky grouper of the year!

The grouper in that video are not the same species as grouper found on the east cost of the US.
 
common grouper in the Mediterranean is the Dusky Grouper, Epinephelus Marginatus. Boy, if you hit one inside its lair and not stone it, you are in for a fight :LOL:
