spearfishing for mid shallow depth

hi,
what is the min depth for use longblade fin, i do shoredive of spearfishing so the depth is 2m-10m.

i can use regular fin like cressi pro star or i need to buy longblade fin?

Either should work fine.

You can certainly get by with your present fins but coming up from 10 meters would be much easier with good long blade fins. In general you’ll be mush more efficient and use less energy no matter what depth you dive.
