Going to Spain at the end of October, Murcia, Gartagena but don't know much about license.
Have heard that it is a bit complicated as you need sort of document from doctor, insurance, photos and.... . Would not be so bad if you are local but I am going there for seven days only and hoping to get any advise who been there before and how you guys handle it ? And whats happening in general with spearfishing for tourists in Spain ?
