Spearfishing in Sweden

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
I've just been reading about Swedish Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel - sounds like it might be a good steel for mass producing decent quality spearo daggers.

An old thread I know but...
Does anybody have any information on the laws about speargun ownership in Sweden? I have a 75cm and a 90cm gun in England, but I live in Sweden and would like to keep my guns here for when I go on spearfishing trips to Norway or Denmark (hopefully soon...). I wonder if I could keep my guns totally disassembled so they are effectively a collection of parts and not actually guns as such.
Alternatively, I could get a 50cm gun as I have read that they are legal, but does anybody out there have any info on where I can find the actual regulation that states this?
