Hello Arga and welcome on DB... There are some spots for diving in many places in UAE also in addition to DUBAI there is Sharjah, Ajman, Um Al quen, Ras Al Khayma, DIBBA, and khorfakkan. Some spots from shore and some you need to rent a boat which is available in both DUBAI, Shrjah, Ras Al khaymah, and Khorfakkan for price around 1000 dhs for the whole boat taking like 6 speros from 7 morning up to 11 noon.
