Spearfishing Tunisia

Hi im going to tunisia next summer with my family, we live on a yacht which is pretty cool for spearfishing as u get a taste everywhere, My dad said were going there nxt yr..anybody know anything about spearfishing over there?...it sounds fun but not 2 sure with wats about in the sea over there especially when it comes 2 sharks as i know sharks love the african coast. Has anybody been there before and anything info about spearfishing over there?....Cheers

well I can assure you stg roflno sharks here in Tunisia, I mean there is surely some young sepcimens but your life will never be threatened by any "Tunisian Shark":naughty
Spearfishing is very cool here, we welcome pple from all the world all the time but...as foreigners you are not allowed to go spearfishing from any boat:rcard , spearfishing is an organised activity here and the coast guards take it very seriously, believe me it could be very expensive !!

Cheers for that samy man, i wont be there there for a yr or so depending on family, but id rather do things professionaly instead of risk a hefty fine or inprisonment, ill look into it a bit more b4 getting wet down there
