Spectacular results with new yoga technique

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 90 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
Of course, how could I have missed it!

Now just add some oxygenated water and eat half a kilo of pine cones, and I should be set for 12 minutes!

Seriously though, I think that's what we will all be like after 20 years of static apnea...
 
I think we have found the source of the rumour about freediving causing brain damage, it was actually the yoga most freedivers do. :)

First time I see a guru with shining robes...
 
Here are a couple of variations on yoga with props. One is the Indian way, and the other is the Arkansas method.
