My new Sporasub float arrived today. This thing is very cool. It came with 20m of line, its own diverdown flag and six places to attach things like . . . a camera, a fish bag, extra spears, a spare gun, a water bottle, whathaveyou. Slick! Cheap! Wow!

I've got one of those too. Nice and cheap. The only problem I have though is the line that comes with it. It has a mind of its own and tangles everytime you turn around. One time I got tangled up when down fighting a fish, it was a bit scary. So I bought some float line instead.

I like mine too. It's become like a trusted friend. But the (vinyl) flag is tattered and is about ready to fall off. Anybody know where to buy the same flag & staff for those floats? That flag/staff seems rather widespread on alot of those vinyl torpedo floats. Seems a shame to have to buy a whole new float in order to get a new flag.

float
