Hey folks,

I'm going to be doing a level 1 course with an instructor who can certify me in either SSI or Molchanovs. I know that SSI is bigger and Molchanovs is new, but Molchanovs also has Base Training. Are there particular advantages for one or the other?

My goals are:
1. Have the most in depth training on equalization I can get
2. Build community
3. Maintain growth after the cert is complete
4. Maybe someday becoming an instructor

Note that I already did a level 1 course with PFI a few years ago. I'm not new to freediving.

Aloha Ama!

I am a certified SSI and Molchanovs instructor. Both some great qualities.

SSI you have an amazing Elearning system and larger base of SSI divers around the world.

Molchanovs offer many of the items you are looking for. They probably have the most in depth approach to equalization. Their entire online portal is catered to community. Molchanovs are the only system that offer you a weekly training plan for you to continue growth after your course.

Feel free to ask any questions you might have.
