I recently heard about this tables

what are they? are they for security or for improving your time?

where can i find such tables?
 
2:30 breathhold

2 minutes recovery time

2:30 breathhold

1:30 recovery time

2:30 breathhold

1:00 recovery time

2:30 breathhold

30s recovery time

2:30 breathhold

15s recovery time

2:30 breathhold

thats just one - there are many variations.....i.e. keep the recovery time the same and increase the breathhold instead....
