hey guys im new to all i want to learn to hold my breath longer than 1.20 i found some software that teaches static apnea but there are some tables and i dont know how to use it anyone can help?

btw i smoke:head:head

Back when I actually did tables, I did two CO2 tables, and two O2 tables a week. Try not to do too much more than that. I believe that's about standard practice. If you do more than that, you might get burned out.

Take it slow and see what happens once you feel comfortable. If it gets too easy, try upping the times, rather than number of sessions.

yes but did you do it for example, today you made co2 and o2 the same day? or today co2 and tommorow o2 ?

Also another question can i do dry static without water sitting on my pc?

Personally I think that a single table has only limited training effect. We usually do 2 static training session a week, each session about an hour long. It contains several different exercises which often differ. It may be mix of hypoxic and hypercapnic tables, complemented with other exercises. But there are many other ways to train - sometimes you focus on feelings, on relaxation, on contractions, technique, breathing, protocol, ... You will find quite a number of such exercises, or even full training sessions, in the database of the Apnea Training Manager linked below.
