I'm sure that there are others like me who get bored at work, and enjoy passing the time by holding their breath.
My problem is that i dotn have a stopwatch and that little clock in on the toolbar is hard to keep track of. So i made this powerpoint presentation to keep track of my time. my one has pictures of dolphins, sharks and other distracting creatures, but i took them out because i think that they are all copyrighted (webshots). so feel free to add pictures, inspirational messages and karma (bottom right

this one only goes up to five minutes, so if you want to make it longer and dont know how, let me know
tip: if you right click, the show will freeze, allowing you to count the time when the lights are back on
oh yes, 1 sec intervals.
