Hi
I'm sure that there are others like me who get bored at work, and enjoy passing the time by holding their breath.
My problem is that i dotn have a stopwatch and that little clock in on the toolbar is hard to keep track of. So i made this powerpoint presentation to keep track of my time. my one has pictures of dolphins, sharks and other distracting creatures, but i took them out because i think that they are all copyrighted (webshots). so feel free to add pictures, inspirational messages and karma (bottom right ;) )
this one only goes up to five minutes, so if you want to make it longer  and dont know how, let me know

tip: if you right click, the show will freeze, allowing you to count the time when the lights are back on :D
oh yes, 1 sec intervals.
its in zip format

ps, I accept no liability for death, disability blah blah blah
