Hi,

I will be in Stockholm for almost a week (flying 1.22. sunday). I try to keep doing my pool training. Is here somebody from Stockholm? A freediver club? Training possibilities?

I think the sea is not an option in this case - I'm not a seal. :)

Hi Jee

There is a club called "Stockholm Apnea" wich train at "Eriksdals badet" on wednesdays from 19-21 (not sure of the exakt times but it's around that time).

http://www.stockholmapnea.se/

get in touch with Göran, ahlby@bredband.net He'll sort it out (being one of the more responsible people in the club)

P.S.They have ice-freediving, try it out, it might just be the greatest (and most likely the coldest) experience.

Hello,

thanks for the info! I will write a mail to Göran.

Ice freediving - it could be really coold (even cold!), but I only have a 5mm wetsuit (Top Sub, Heiwa), and also my pants needed some repair, so perhaps I will try it next time. :)

I'm flying tonight, and will be training on tuesday, thursday DYF (DNF), and on wednesday STA with Stocholm Apnea club, hopefully.

The weather in Stocholm is not so cold. The taxi from Arlanda was a bit more expensive, than I was told.
Yeap, there is a pool, which is for free for the hotel guests.. Maybe I will check it (25m pool).
