Striped Bass Action in North Carolina

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
The freshwater fellers are pretty good broiled to.:)
And they smoke pretty good too. They are a little hard to light though :)
these guys are just like the big guys. At mid day with a good prevailing wind they love to run right up in the breakers and raid. I use a 24 aluminum with 18mm bands
and it seems to meet the speed needed.
I LIke them broiled with old bay and olive oil :)
