So I don't know if this is the same site which I belonged to...however on the bright side I held my breath for 3 mins on land. Wohoo! I don't even really train. My best was 2 mins. I tried eairly today and the timer went off at 2 mins. I thought that the clock was lying..however it wasn't. So I tired again, although my heart was racing fast. I need to meditate more and stuff. I'm a lil rusty. The lame news is that I dont know any local people to breath hold...i dont really intend to hold my breath in a poll due to the fact it might make life guards scared. Anyways, is listening to classical music therapitic while breath holding? I used to be able to slow my heart rate now, but I suppose it will come back in time.

Yay for people who like freediving or whatever!

Welcome to Deeperblue! Glad you could join us. 3 minutes isn't bad at all!
