I know that the weather and therefore vis has been terrible of late but i was hoping to get the sea soon with some of you guys from around Brighton.

I've been free-diving in a pool with a club for about 9 months but having grown up in Cornwall it all about being in the sea for me. I've been working on my home made speargun and float setup and looking for some people to go out who know the area, tides ect.

Bring on the season! That's what I say!!! I'd definitely like to try the Bognor reef. If we could organise something that would be awesome. I spoke to a spearo in Brighton (had a lovely railgun) who mentioned you could access the Bognor reef from the shore but I forget where he said to get in...

I thought are vis was shit up north but looking at the sea Brighton back to bognor yesterday I will never complane again!white cliffes and seas with brown rivers ant good unless you have a boat and know some off shore spots .it was off shore and flatish tho . Roll on the summer !.looked nice around Portsmouth way today must of been the blue sky!.
