Hey Guys,
Popping in from the freediving forum...Can any of you tell me which Suunto Dive computer you can actually change the battery yourself?

I am getting this for my mom since her Stinger pisses her off everytime she has to send it in to change the battery..

I freedive with the D3 and it's super easy to just pop the back and put a new battery in..

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
David

I have a Suunto Viper (I know this is a computer for scuba and freediving => I just bought it because a few years ago, when I bought it, there wasn't a really good freedive computer on the market that I could afford (I still go to school).
In general this is a really good computer, but the silliest thing is that you have to wait after a scuba dive (air/nitrox) 48 h before you can switch to the freedive mode
But you can change the batteries youreself easily.

Deepest...

MANUEL
