Suunto Stinger PC connect problem

I just registered at suuntosports.com
Got a nice email to confirm the registration, but no password! . Site must be brand new if that part does not function as it should be.

Reading their faq indicates that they want ASCII exports too. Maybe a nice extension of the deeper blue site, uploading your dives.

On the other hand, suunto is doing it now and the internet dive log site offers this functionality too (although on a commercial basis)

Your right - it's a slick site but doesn't seem to work very well. I tried to register but it wouldn't allow me to use any combination of username!

I had wanted to do a similar thing as a sub-brand of Deeper Blue, but I binned the idea as I needed to have a couple of peoples help on it and now there are 3-4 sites out there that do a similar sort of thing - it doesn't seem worth the time and effort for nil return.
