Good day!

Have anyone tried to dive already with normal speedo swimming goggles?

I understand the concern regarding equalization problem.

But will filling them with water prior dive address the issue? There is something regarding fluid goggles that annoys me I dont know why. I usually dive up to 8bars with only nose clip but lately, My relaxation is being affectex but water flow on my eyes at deeper depths.

Would it be possible to dive with normal swimming speedo goggles but filling them with water?

maybe there are pressure limits for speedo lenses or it will break.

Regards!!

What would be the point of filling your swim goggles with water? Googles exist to allow your eyes to have air around them and not water. If you're OK with water, just don't wear either googles or a mask.

If there is someone else brave(/foolhardy?) enough to try a goggles mod like mine, I'd certainly be interested to find out how they would hold up heading towards such depths. :)
(I've only had chance to take mine down a 30m line so far, but that still felt just the same as wearing goggles on the surface, so I'm hoping I'll get the opportunity to go deeper with them at some point - but I'm not likely to reach 70m, so....)
