My first post. Nice to meet all of you. I am researching one of the items in my bucket list which is swimming with the whales at the Silver Bank off of the Dominican Republic. Have you been? Which of the operators (Conscious Breath Adventures, Aquatic Adventures, Dive Expeditions, and Out of the Blue Adventures) might you have used? Do you have any recommendations?
