Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 90 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
Hey there - it looks okay to me. How many sets are you doing? What is your final BH? (I can't actually see what the difference is between your O2 and CO2 tables.)

You could probably ease up on it a bit: 2-3 sessions a week is as much as you need to do, or should be doing.

The most important thing is to pay attention to yourself, how it makes you feel, what it makes you feel and so on.

You're doing this dry right? Not in the water?

I hope it's going well and I'm sure you're on top of things. Personally I wish that I'd spent more time as a beginner focusing on breathing and relaxation instead of focusing on tables. A great place to start that is at the Breatheology Academy - the free parts are enough to get you well on your way if you're interested.
