Found a reference about a New England seal called Hoover that lived until 1985 and aparently learned to imitate a few human words. The link also contains a sound clip, it actually says 'come over here'!

Well I hope our local tame seal doesnt try to imitate me, the only thing it ever hears is my mutterings when he tries to steal my fish rofl Now that would be bad for local tourism, a seal that tells the tourists to @#$k off rofl
