Hello there my name is pawel and i joined this site very recently... As i have no expirience to share really, maybe i'll start with a question: im looking forward to being adviced how to prevent body temperature loss during relaxing and diving in not always well heated indoor pools. Because after a while spent in the pool my body starts to shiver and that spoils the expirience. I would apreciate any wise word. Thank you in advance.

Hello Pawel. I'm quite new here too, but I think I can offer you some advice. You need to get a wetsuit! Browse through some treads here on DB.com to get an idea of what kind of suit is best for freediving.

edit: here you can find loads of information about Wetsuits

Thank you very much, although i must admit that i've looked at those already but i read that they tend to get a bit too hot in the pool, and that has put me off. And considering that i didnt find the right size (i looked up quie a few diferent manufacturers and they all too small around my chest unfortunately) i gave up hoping for something like swim clothes... will look further, thank you once again.

pawel, perhaps "paVel"should be better if I you are slavic. Anyways, I am still shopping for my first decent wetsuit, and the more I look the more custom-tailored ones look as an attractive option. As to being too hot in a pool - I seriously doubt it is possible. It is ALWAYS COLD and never otherwise.

Hi Pawel,

If you find a wetsuit too restrictive, consider a neoprene vest and hoodie, or alternatively a lycra rash vest. (Btw, I think that tailor maide wetsuits are worth the extra expense)
