I have been scuba diving for 13 years, and in the last time I have been attracted to spear fishing, though I have not tried it yet. I am comfortable in the water, and can reach 15m / 3min static. In decembre, me and my girlfriend will go to Teneriffa island (Puerto de la Cruz), and I am hoping to get some advice on where to free dive, and if it is possible to spear fish there (is it alowed, do I need to buy permits,....). For me it will bw a great chance to try this, as I will have 14 days of free time, which is rare:waterwork .
Any imput will be greatly appreciated
