Hello everyone,
Lately, I have been focusing on body sensations and how to make long-term adapations, since then I realized that many of my 'bailouts' are not the contractions,
but, a build up in tension right below the rib cage (lower intercostal muscles also feel tense). I am focusing more in relaxed/consistent dives instead of shooting for the numbers, hence I am looking beyond temporary relaxation states.
What training (or breathing methods) would you utilize in order to bypass this discomfort?
Note: Before the relaxation gurus start praising that they hold a secret, let me remind you that you can't relax bodely responses away.
The focus of this thread, is to search for long-term training/technique solution, not a ' one-time' relaxed state, but something rather more consistent.
