Hi everyone, I'm going to be travelling thailand later this year with the intention of much freediving Planning on doing a couple of courses with Apnea Total in december and other than that getting lots of dives in wherever that may be. Looking for a buddy so if anyone is in that part of the world give me a shout and we will arrange something :t

Few local freedivers from Bangkok will go to the south, either Koh Tao or Koh Lanta for freedive courses around mid November or so, if you want to join them, send me a message justnippon@yahoo.com, I will forward their contacts to you.

If you want to join our pool training, please feel free to do so. It takes place every weekend at a pool near Ekkamai bus station.

Also, there will be a freedive competition in Koh Lanta around February. This is an international one, you may want to join.

Nippon is right, there will be a comp sometime in Feb, hosted by Blue Planet Divers and Martin Stepanek, apparently. They run a freediving school, and one of our members is actually going to teach there. Maybe you should check out courses by them.

Plan to go there sometime around when you're there, will look you up if I do.
