Wow! Another Wichitan! I can't believe you were actually willing to admit it. You certainly know Wichita, but it doesn't take long to have it figured out. When I was in high school in Tulsa, OK, a German teacher once told me that if the U.S. were to get an enema, they would stick it right in Wichita! rofl
Anyway, I really appreciate your tips, I think I could get started.
I appreciate your concern for safety as well. As a paramedic that is always the first thing on my mind. I will try what you guys have suggested. For the time being, I will just to dry breath holds. Then maybe when I build up a good time and some confidence, I will try it in the water. I will have to get back with you and let you know how I'm coming along. If you or anybody else has any suggestions, I would be eager to try them!
