Some comments:
Urine tests would not show the usage of this stuff.
20 minute dives are obviously to optimistic with this substance, this effect is more likely up to 30%.
This is not an oral pill and problably will never become.

I did some search for this topic and found that similar technologies have been tested since 70-s, but not much real applications to date.

Wastes in your body go out through pee and poop so yes it will show up.
Would just have to test for it after the meet?

This particles consist of fat and oxygen, both are natural substansces and not in WADA's list.

I'm sure it wouldn't be strictly fat and oxygen, they would need some sort of solution in it other wise it would be clumpy and wouldn't work at all. My opinion at least. ALSO No matter how much of an edge someone wants over the next guy, I HIGHLY doubt they would inject fat straight into their system.

Could these microparticles be something useful at Freediving competitions or world record attempts as an emergency measure?

Say a dive goes really wrong and due to lung/trachea collapse/squeeze someone can't breathe by themselves on the surface, they can be injected with this stuff which should keep them alive until they get to the hospital...

Yeah I suppose it could be used as a last resort if an emergency arises.

Probably even more useful if someone who suffers a bad/deep BO is not showing signs of starting to breathe after being brought up and CPR administered
