The freediving confusion (?)

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
How to react is a key question. For me, its read a lot, pick other divers brains, experiment with anything (no matter how unlikely) that looks like it might help me, and incorporate what works for me.

An unending but very interesting process.
