I am training in a swimming pool... water is supposed to be between 28 an 29°C... I only wear a swimming suit...

If I do series of 25 m, it's okay...

If I do series of 50 m, I feel a bit cold :( since the recuperation time is longer...

What should I wear in order :

1. not to be cold ;

2. not to be too buoyant ;

3. to swim easily...

You could try a 3mm suit and weights...
Maybe a shorty if this is still too much.
