the psychology behind freediving

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
There is a danger when we do some practice promising peace and good relaxation for the freediving-utilizing the most important part of man-the mind-heart-the soul ( breath)

In reality the damage that such practice can do is not so much physiologic but rather psychological-

One of the most impacting cases for me was when i started to see the affiliation os yoga and seeing who was the first one to use it and it cause me sadnees to see how his life ended.

I have seen articles that mention things such as:

"The physiology and psychology of freediving"

My question es:
Do we really know the psychology behind freediving?
Do we know the concept of mind, heart, the air we breathe?
Do we know the God of the place we sumerge?

Ther is a lot to talk about this and i would nedd pages and pages to clarify something so simple.

"Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength"

mark 12:30

If you see in this commandment - God -he mention the 4 most important organ we use for freediving. there you can see the physiology and psychology of the freediving

saludos
Daniel.
