Well Stergios,
It's nice to make your own gun. I haven't attempted to make a gun but it sounds fun.
With that said . I have madea very cool lobster snare and am waiting to get the patent back. 7 Years of research and development. It's very nice.
As far as guns. I have a jbl custom, no complaints. It's modifieds. 2 scuba pro black panthers. the guns were way ahead of thier time. Modified for riffe bands ( 2 5/8 )
Riffe Standard # 2 (3 5/8 ), riffe comp. 4X 3 ( 3 9/16 ), Which is my favorite, and the riffe islander. the 4Xis the most versatile. one or two bands for my reef hunting.
3 if I need theextra penetration power. I need to put an extra rap. This would increase the reach from 15.5' to 23'. I going with kevlar. One thing I don't like about riffe is the mono. too stiff. I do want to build the gun that the dude from outdoor adventures made. The muzzle or nose is one piece shaped like a sword fish for easy lateral movement. Well, once again, beautiful gun you made.

Rich
