The first part is easy. For me, 7 litres equals 1/4 cu. ft. The next part doesn't seem right. If I pack full, my volume increases about 20%. If this was all due to pressure (no chest expansion during packing) that would be less than 3 psi, but it is obvious that my chest does expand and I would guesstimate under 1 psi.
After saying all this, there was a man on TV that could inflate an innertube until it blew up and my best effort just succeeded in making the inner tube look full.
14.7 psi=1013 mb= 29.92 in hg or something like that.
