I just posted this because I wanted to. I 've been practicing dry statics for 4 days now. I started with a PB of 1:57mins. Presently I'm at 3:10 and improving every day! I just felt like bragging! :p :p :p

Nice going!
Currently my PB is 3 minutes, but this past week I haven't been able to get close to it, might try later in bed.

Anyway, keep going, try and get it up to 4 minutes!

Way to go guys!!!

Keep up the good work.

Don't be discouraged if you get to a point where to don't think you can go any further. You can. Just put your mind to work. I'm at that point right now and I'm getting close to breaking my own personal record. Three weeks ago I thought I had hit my peak and 2 days later I shattered my personal record. So the mind is a powerful tool in static apnea, use it.

Gook luck guys.

Be safe.
