Thoughts on Mares Smart Apnea dive computer?

I'm a ways off from purchasing a dive computer, but the info-gathering process is well underway.

Has anyone used/seen the Mares Smart Apnea dive computer? It's joined the lower-cost offerings at around $400, no idea how it compares.

I personally do not have any experience with it, but my friend has (20 years in freediving, spearfishing and scuba). He used few popular watches but now he uses Mares Nemo Excel (same as Nemo Apneist but with scuba tables) for couple years. I used that same watch and I am really satisfied with it. The same friend got Mares Smart Apnea through some of his connections to beta test it and he said that is best watch he ever tried.

It will definitely be my next watch.

Thanks. In the time since I posted, I got a great deal (at Mako) on the Aeris F10 V3.

Our next watches will probably be tiny implants with a heads-up display funneled direct to our optic nerve... (kidding)... but thanks for the reply.
