Just a quick one to say that my friend Fernando and I just got back (to Curacao) after spending a fantastic weekend with Carlos Coste in Bonaire.
As you might know, he runs some courses there through his school, A Puro Pulmon, and we did a bit of a bespoke course as it was just the two of us. We learned a whole load of stuff, naturally, worked more intensely at freediving than I ever have, and both reached new PB's (30m for me) and came away with a ton of homework.
But mostly it was just such a privilege to be diving in such a fantastic location (dolphins swam past me as I ate breakfast on Saturday and Sunday) with someone so passionate and dedicated to his sport.
In the meantime, if anybody else from Curacao spots this post - please get in touch, we'd love to have more people to train/hang out with!
