Oh my.. I'll set the scene for you:
I have been doing some research on sleep deprivation and it's effects on performance (Theatre performance) and My last test wan to stay awake 48-52H....no sleep at all and in the end I performed...
ok I am through about 49H and I just decide to do a little breath hold...Guess what I never reached 1min mark!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BO....(wery little warning..as usual no contractions nothing...)
I just want to let you guys know that my research shows that have a GOOD night sleep before diving and do not do it when TIRED!!!
Happy diving and SLEEP well

Happy Days

Ahhh - to be a student again!

I remember staying up 72 hours straight finishing a coursework once :hmm , then being dragged out to party for another 12 hours :friday . I can tell you that I didn't feel my best the next day... zzz

Now I do the same thing but it's all work and no partying involved! :naughty
