Just saw that picture in a photoshop thread at 'Something Awfull' forums.
It just screams for a funny title, but I'm dry. I Thought the collective sugestions could have 'laugh potential'.
Any ideas?

Its obvious whats happened. Those animal rights people, most likely PETA, have started arming fish. Next it will be a Grouper packing an Uzi...;)
