He does, but still you have to slow down and turn. I don't think this is beneficial. It is beneficial in DNF with the right technique because you always speed up at the stroke and then slow down to almost complete stop, but not in DYN.

btw, don't know if you have seen this but there is a great video on Toms site from his 180 meter record in Japan in march.
This proves that freediving CAN be entertainement and a great spectatorsport at the same time. Just watching the clip your exitement level rises every second, imagine beeing there with the japanese guy feeding the crowd.....
