I dont want to share people to different classes, someone dives to himself and that might be top freediving for him.

But, when talking about competitive freediving and going over -70m or -80m constant weight, how hard it is to keep that level of performance? How often you have to train deep dives? How simple is keep the level where you can hold your breath 3 minutes 'in action'?

Here are some people who 'have been there and done that', so I think I can ask this :) So, tell your stories.
