Is freediving about...

How deep you can go!

How relaxed you can be!

How like dolphins we are!

Discovering the beauty of the amazing underwater world!

Discovering new physical abilities within you!

Experiencing a new lifestyle?

It’s probably a combination of all of the above.

Enjoy the submerged beauty of the sea, experience how peaceful and quiet the underwater environment can really be!

You don’t need to be a professional swimmer, certified scuba diver, or spearfishing veteran in order to enjoy this amazing and relaxed sport. All that is required is to be able to swim, and enjoy being in the water!

Talented student!

Now have him do it without computer. Forgetting about time is the most enjoyable part for me.

Thanks Mohammed.

To help to forget time, have him lightly focus on rhythm. He should not dictate it, but rather observe (without judging). And only have gentle corrections: thinking: "a bit more of this or that".
Maybe try a bit of FRC with the eyes closed just a bit of occasional peaking to see you're on track.
This I learned from my 65m CWT dive in Sweden.

Nice video BUT I'd prefer to see the snorkel OUT.

Ok, no problem with snorkel (just don't forget to switch the sound ON ;)
