Dave sells bulk rubber only 16mm I think but he is in the UK. Alternatively try Kostis in Greece http://www.diveandfish.gr/en/index.html
If you are in USA I can sell you exactly the same rubber that Totemsub uses in Europe, in 16 mm, 17,5 mm and 19 mm. In bulk quatities and very cheap.
Normally most of the european manufacturers use Latex Made in USA, to fabricate their rubbers and them sell them Worldwide.
