The 8mm kit has more friction than the 7mm kit and doesn't perform quiet as well. (i have 2 different ones)
You could use the same body but not the top section for both 7&8mm.
I have never had to change a o-ring (thankfully it looks a lot harder to do than in a tomba F kit)
Yes 7mm 0ring is definitely 6.5(ID) x 3mm.
Also there is definitely more friction in the Tovarich kit 7mm than in the tombaF 7.14 kit.

The Tovarich Kit is definitely 2 pieces (not like sten 11).
I have never had bending issues in any freeshafting kit. I think there is excessive friction in the tovarich kit where as the tombaF7.14 has hit the mark perfectly.
Do you use the ladder loader, or you just have perfect loading skill?
